Too bad that this is all Korean War Veterans have after 57 years. Power has corrupted those in official positions. There is no communication between the head office and members. Diatribes, name calling, and the ludicrous booting out of members, doesn't say much for its officers. There is a Code and an Order, but without common sense the mission is futile. At 76, I find the KWVA a great big disappointment. What is it supposed to do? Who is it for? What has it done for members? This year - 2008 - will be the last chance many will have of seeing this sinking ship right itself, or, take the full plunge.

I feel it an honor and privilage to be fighting along side such honorable people to defeat an evil empire. We are fighting a Just Cause (pardon the pun). Justice is a long road with many bumps along the way. We must continue this fight until "honor is retored to the KWVA". I have heard the words "thugs" and "con men" in describing the current leaders of the KWVA. They must be eliminated. It seems like the E & G letters are going out to the wrong people. We should be addressing our fight to the members and government agencies. Emails to the leadership is a futile waste of time. They refuse to see the light and the emails only make them mad and give them ammunition against us. If we do not prevail then it will be the end of the KWVA. Bob Fuoco
