KWVAFirstAmendment.org was launched on the World Wide Web on October 09, 2007 by Lynnita Jean Brown.  Mrs. Brown is an opponent of the Louis Dechert Administration. A long-time associate member of the Korean War Veterans Association, she was brought up on charges by the Dechert-appointed Ethics and Grievance Committee for negative comments she made about KWVA national leaders on a Yahoo Group known as KWVA Ad Hoc.  The Dechert-appointed KWVA judge advocate Leo Agnew sent Lynnita Brown a "just cause" letter on September 7, 2007.  His letter informed her that he had determined that she had violated her Associate Membership in the KWVA by posting comments against the Dechert Administration on the KWVA Ad Hoc Group message board.
